Preparing for childbirth doesn't have to be overwhelming. Here is a short list of suggested items that you may want during your stay.
Free Childbirth Classes
Free childbirth classes are offered to all expectant parents, regardless of where the delivery will take place. Our goal is to help you make informed decisions, learn relaxation techniques, minimize your fears, and prepare you for the overall labor and birthing experience.

For your convenience, all childbirth preparation classes take place on Saturdays.
