The Medina County Hospital District, Hondo, Texas is seeking sealed bids for the addition of a Physical Therapy and Rehab wing at Medina Regional Hospital, 3100 Avenue E, Hondo, Texas 78861.

The addition consists of demolition and general construction to add approximately 9500 square feet onto the hospital to serve as a new Physical Therapy and Rehab department.

A mandatory pre bid meeting will be held on either of the following days January 22, 2026 at 10:00 AM or January 23, 2026 at 10:00 AM in the Medina Regional Hospital Board Room.

Sealed bids will be accepted at Medina Regional Hospital, 3100 Avenue E, Hondo, Texas 78861, Friday, February 6, 2026, and Monday, February 9, 2026, no later than 5:00 PM. Formal Bid opening will be held on Tuesday February 10, 2026 at 10:00 AM in the Board Room.
