Medina Healthcare System is pleased to announce the promotion of Ariel Wilkins to Vice President of Human Resources. Since joining the organization, Wilkins has made a strong and immediate impact, leading efforts to strengthen workplace culture, refine internal processes, and support staff across all departments.

With over a decade of experience in human resources, a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, and active membership in the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Wilkins brings a wealth of expertise and a thoughtful, people-first approach to her new role.

As part of the Senior Leadership Team, she will continue to play a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s future and supporting the dedicated employees who serve the community.
